Howard G. Yeoman, Executive Director Mr. Yeoman joined The Senior Hub in August 1993 as the Director of the RSVP program and was promoted to Executive Director in December 1994. He has an M.A. degree in Public Administration, B.A. degree in Marketing, and over twenty years experience in the non-profit and public sectors including program development, team building, financial development, and fiscal management.
Thomas Rapp, Program Director, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) Mr. Rapp joined The Senior Hub in 1999 as a part-time employee helping to manage the Minor Home Repair Program. In late 2000, he assumed management of the RSVP program. Mr. Rapp has a M.A. in Education Administration. He was employed for 26 years as a teacher and administrator in the Adams Twelve Schools. He is Past President of the CO State Senior Corps Directors Association, Coordinator of the Adams County Community Gardens Co-Op, and a member of the Governor’s Commission on Community Service.
Marita Hafner, Program Director, Meals on Wheels Marita Hafner has successfully filled this position for more than eleven years and is an articulate, strong advocate for the elderly. She has a degree in home economics and experience in community-based organizations, with an emphasis in human services. She provides professional nutritional programming for the project. Ms. Hafner has attended local and national meetings focused on Meals On Wheels programming.
Lewis A. Forester, Program Director, Senior Solutions Program Lew Forester has been the Program Director for Senior Solutions since August, 1997. He has a B.A. degree and 13 years of experience in the field of Human Services. Lew is a member of the Adams County Community Adult Protection Team, the Adams County Aging Network (ACAN), and is a DRCOG Volunteer Ombudsman. He has overseen many improvements to the Senior Solutions Program, including the addition of subsidized minor home repairs.
Ron Liggett, Program Director, Respite Care and In-Home Supportive Service and Rural Meals On Wheels joined the Senior Hub in mid-2007 to develop and promote the Meals on Wheels Program for the Eastern Plains. He was promoted to Program Director in May 2008. He brings years of experience in business development including volunteer, program, grant and non-profit management. He has run state-wide programs for the Governor's Office and the Department of Homeland Security.
Tia Sauceda, ADS Program Director Ms. Sauceda has over 5 years of experience in Adult Day Service programming in Colorado. She is an activities instructor, trained in working with Alzheimer's patients, and is certified as Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP). She is responsible for hiring and training staff, daily operation of the Adult Day Service facility, and reporting to The Senior Hub management.
Renee Dees, Development & Community Relations Director Ms. Dees joined The Senior Hub in January 2007 bringing with her 15 years of development management experience. She has also had extensive experience working with volunteers and running large fundraising events including bike rides, mountain climbs and dinner events.
The Senior Hub currently has 11 full-time staff members and 30 part-time employees.
